Robinson Software LLC has had a long standing relationship with 3M. Initially they had a need to simplify their reporting capabilities. But it didn’t stop there; over 5 years we have implemented technology named “IMPD Ship” which tracks client trucks within the facility and interfaces with their manufacturing data: Wonderware. It also is a system that allows them to keep track how much product has been ordered and how much is being shipped in each truck load. Additionally our custom application allows them to eliminate lost production time by reporting down time details. Finally we have been able to tap into the core system which tracks virtually everything in their facilities including, temperature, weight, conveyor belt speed, and bin measurement. This opens up a whole new line of reports in their efforts to stay as efficient as possible.

“Investor system” is a desktop application Robinson Software LLC built to keep track of how much revenue is being generated based on lending, also how much money is owed to the custodian or the “investor”. The “investor system” allows them to write custom letters to the investors. We have also developed a portfolio system to compare all the accounts. This is a valuable tool to determine the banks current standing. It allows them to evaluate the value of their accounts based on many different factors.

Create custom reports giving them the capability to manually update data miss-entered at the machine level. Since the operators may select wrong options, they needed the capability to view and correct this data. We also created custom graphs to show them if the current production is within specifications. These are powerful tools in their quality control department.

Robinson Software LLC in conjunction with Symeio Studios LLC created their online testing system to allow students the flexibility of off-premises learning and practice testing. We have customized this system, and are in the process of expanding it for other educational, governmental, or corporate educational applications. It is allowing ICON to reach farther than ever before in preparing students for their California Contractors State exam.

We had the opportunity to create mapping between VISION POINT accounting software and their EDI partners with ADX. Created a shipment system to allow them to package, and ship their merchandise. Both of these system interface with their accounting program. Also created an order report for each of their departments. This allows the production leaders to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Robinson Software LLC created EDI mapping between their manufacturing system, ‘ASAP’ and Desktop EDI. Also worked on other projects such as enhancing their invoicing system, created labeling reports which allows them to not only create ASN’s, but also print the custom box labels required for each of their EDI clients.

Robinson Software LLC in conjunction with Symeo Studios, created an online solution for their trips. Their clients no longer have to mail in checks, they now sign-up online, and pay online. It has many features including multi-tiers of sales managers, and blasting emails to their clients.

Robinson Software LLC enhanced their Access database system to include more custom reports and the capability to write custom notes using RTF technology.

Odyssey Group has a monthly magazine subscription to showcase memorabilia to their clients. We created a subscription database to manage all the payments due for renewals and to market to potential new subscribers.

Rsoft created their invoicing and inventory system. Made it work in a multi user environment with record locking. Created custom reports which allowed them to forecast customer relationship tasks. We empowered them to create their own custom reports.

Riverside Orthodontics had a project to really get excited about; they needed a graphic application that would track patient’s treatment with a sequence of digital images and digital x-rays. The system empowerd Dr. Davidian to share his orthodontic innovations with his colleagues in a visual and descriptive way.
